These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, greenwoah.com (the "Site"), and the trading, warehousing, inventory handling, logistics, sourcing, procurement and consulting services we provide. By accessing or using our Site, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
GreenWoah Limited is a company registered in Hong Kong, operating as a B2B trading and distribution company for refurbished consumer electronics, with a primary focus on Apple devices and related technology products, alongside warehousing, inventory handling, logistics support, sourcing, procurement and business consulting services.
Our products are offered on a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale basis. Product listings on this Site are for general information; availability, condition grades and pricing are confirmed per order through our quotation process. Minimum order quantities apply.
Quotations issued by us are valid for the period stated in the quotation and are subject to stock availability. An order is confirmed only when we have accepted it in writing and any agreed payment terms have been met. We reserve the right to accept or decline any quote request or order at our discretion.
Refurbished devices are supplied according to the condition grades described on our Grading page. Grades describe cosmetic and functional condition at the time of dispatch. Product names and trademarks, including Apple, are the property of their respective owners and are used for product identification only; GreenWoah Limited is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc.
Where we provide warehousing or inventory handling services to a client, the specific scope, duration, fees and liability terms for that service are set out in a separate service agreement between GreenWoah Limited and the client. General website content describing these services is for information only and does not constitute a binding offer.
Shipping terms, timelines and responsibilities are confirmed with each order or service agreement. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, risk in goods passes to the buyer in accordance with the shipping terms stated on the order confirmation. Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes and compliance requirements in their destination country.
Sourcing, procurement and business consulting services are provided on the basis agreed in writing with each client, including scope, fees and deliverables. Advice given as part of consulting services reflects our professional judgement and experience but does not guarantee specific business outcomes.
Prices are quoted per order or service engagement and, unless stated otherwise, exclude shipping, insurance, customs duties and taxes applicable in the destination country. Payment methods and terms are agreed per order and stated on the relevant quotation, invoice or service agreement.
Buyers should inspect goods promptly upon receipt. Claims regarding quantity, condition or grading discrepancies must be reported to us in writing within the period stated on the order confirmation, with supporting evidence. Validated claims are resolved through replacement, credit or refund as agreed.
All content on this Site, including text, graphics and logos, is the property of GreenWoah Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreenWoah Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from an order or service engagement shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that order or engagement.
You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and not to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to the Site.
